We’re full service providers of construction management and contracting services. We understand the project through our PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SCRUTINY, which helps us to plan the deployment of delivery methods, man and machinery. This also involves scheduling and phasing plans.
Our CONSTRUCTION PHASE involves job wise scheduling, self-performance pits/concrete, Quality control, status reporting and effecting change management.
POST- CONSTRUCTION includes quality assurance, approval and billing procedures.
